a solo exhibition by Ugonna Ikechi
eye began to come to terms w my love/hate relationship w time, as well as my perception of space. the concepts of time + space seem to be constants in [my] existence; permeating all facets of everyday life. this collection mirrors a dialogue w both themes [of time + space] and myself.
consisting of subject matter such as impatience, isolation, immediacy, and individuality, amongst others, A FINE LINE: BETWEEN TIME + SPACE is a personal body of work. eye use my experiences in relation to these themes as a point of reference to the broader human experience. essentially, to some degree, we are all bound by time + space.
a representation of my life as an artist.
